3609 S. Timberline was originally built as a Rite-Aid in the late 90’s. The bones of the building were good but the exterior was in dire need of an upgrade. We created a new facade that pulls the building away from its existing style and begins a new vernacular. By introducing wood and metal to the facade, the building takes on a warmer, more welcoming feel.
