Beau Jo’s Pizza needed to move on from it’s old space in Old Town Fort Collins. They selected a spot on the northern edge of Old Town – which is almost the figurative terminus of College Ave. for the area. The corner location allows for wonderful views down College or Walnut Ave. What was meant to be a regular tenant improvement turned into almost an entire building remodel. Once demolition began, it became apparent that the existing structure was severely compromised and needed attention – quickly. Great communication and teamwork between the Owner, Architect, and Contractor resulted in an Award Winning Restaurant.
