Fort Collins, Colorado

Summer 2017
Fort Collins Marketplace was originally designed in the early 1980’s and was in need of a fresh face-lift. The building itself had great bones to build on but the green standing seam mansard roof needed to go! The design resulted in a modest look that blends seamlessly into the existing vernacular. The standing seam was replaced with stucco façade of undulating heights and the existing roof top units were screened with horizontal metal panels.
