PEC

PEC selected a vacant space that fronted Linden Street in the Block One Building.  The design took advantage of the near floor to ceiling (almost 14’) glass on the West façade to allow for natural light to flood the space.  Keeping the space free of walls maintained this desired look.  One of the most unique pieces of the overall project was that PEC was not only the Client, but they we also the MEP designers.
